Effective leadership demands the development of great communication abilities. To convey a sense of urgency and zeal to others, the leader must be able to impart information and ideas. Having a message is useless if the leader cannot communicate properly and inspire people to take action. A good leader will have a great impact on others.

  In the article, “What are Solar Light Panels” from The   Economic Times , Team ProductLine (2019) discussed that solar light panels are utilised for residential and commercial lighting. Photovoltaic (PV) modules, encompassing high-quality crystalline silicon solar cells, are used to create solar light panels. With these PV cells, light energy from the sun can be transformed into electrical energy to be utilised or stored. Critical Reflection

  Module : At the beginning of this module, I highlighted a few communication weaknesses that I found rather personal to me and was hoping to improve on. They were my non-verbal communication and written skills. These skills were in need of improvement as I realized how essential they are in our everyday lives from channeling and expressing our thoughts on paper to the daily conversations we often have with other individuals, it would affect one’s confidence and outlook. In addition, due to my personality of being an introvert, I tend to avoid long-winded conversations with others and would often have my thoughts bottled up.
